Currently, the longest word in our dictionary is pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanokoniosis.

Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanokoniosis, created by Everett M. Smith in 1935, is a lung disease caused by inhalation of very fine sand and ash dust.
