Prompt 16: Self- Reflection Piece

Self-Reflection often leads to self-discovery. What this means is that when one reflects on who they are or what is important to them he or she discovers something new about themselves. I think about this in relation to journaling. This week take a few minutes to write down ten things that make you smile, five people you can not live without, and one thing you would like to hear.
